libiperf0 software package provides Internet Protocol bandwidth measuring tool (runtime files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libiperf0
libiperf0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libiperf0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libiperf0 *
You will get with libiperf0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
